Designed in 1976 by AIA award-winning architect Lewis Davis, of the New York firm Davis Brody Bond, whose work ranged from modernist skyscrapers to the renovation of the Reading Room at the New York Public Library, High Birch's sleek white design is striking amid Vermont's green hills. Davis believed in the power of architecture to enrich life, and that ethos is evident in every aspect of this property.
