We were both impressed by and very happy with her efficient work to get the property advertised, find potential buyers, and take care of all the requirements to move the sales forward by the first closing deadline we set.  It was great to have both closings happen on the same day and her work to get the two perc tests done quickly saved a lot of time and money.  She was an excellent communicator as well, always sending documents for online signature as soon as they were needed; and she provided clear answers to our questions.  We would definitely and highly recommend Kate's services to others.
