Katy Rossell is THE BEST! Seriously...I don't even know where to start. My wife and I were initially interested in a, shall we say, fixer-upper. Katy was so helpful in guiding us through that process...and helpful in getting us OUT of it when we realized that the home was covered in asbestos. We would have lost a considerable amount of money had it not been for Katy's wisdom and guidance.
