Ben was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the first time he met with me and reviewed my house and property, to the listing and eventual sale of my home; he was honest, upfront, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered any questions I had (and there were a lot) and responded quickly to every request. I had accepted an out-of-state position just after meeting Ben and had to move on short notice. In my absence, Ben went above and beyond by checking on my home, adjusting heating, keeping an eye on my propane levels, and even putting me in touch with local plowing service! I really couldn't have asked for a better agent, and I would encourage anyone looking to sell or buy real estate in St. J area to look him up. Tim Scott is lucky to have him.
